By accessing this website and utilizing our services—including trailer rentals, parts purchases, and repair bookings—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Trailer Rentals

  • Online Booking & Payment: All rental bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. A security bond may be required upon collection.

  • Driver Requirements: Hirers must possess a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle and trailer combination.

  • Condition of Equipment: Trailers are provided in a roadworthy condition. It is the hirer’s responsibility to inspect the trailer before departure.

  • Late Returns: Late returns will incur additional hourly or daily charges as specified in the rental agreement.

Workshop

  • Quotations: All repair and installation quotes are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if hidden damage is discovered during the service.

  • Vehicle Compatibility: While we provide expert advice, it is the owner's responsibility to ensure their vehicle’s towing capacity is compatible with the intended load.

  • Warranty: We provide a [Insert Time Frame, e.g., 12-month] warranty on workmanship for all towbar installations.

Online Sales

  • Product Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in product descriptions; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the item is delivered to the carrier.

  • Returns: Returns for "change of mind" are accepted within [14/30] days, provided the item is in original packaging and unused. Electrical components may be exempt from returns.
